摘要
根据筛管完井水平井出水类型的不同,室内开展了与之相适应的堵水剂的筛选及评价。以桩1块为例,筛选、评价了水分散乳液聚合物凝胶、相渗调节剂和油溶性树脂三类水平井堵水剂。这三类堵水剂分别属于聚丙烯酰胺类、阴阳离子表面活性剂类和合成树脂类。结果表明:水分散乳液聚合物凝胶可用于中高渗透油藏点状出水出水水平井堵水,油溶性树脂可用于高渗透油藏线状出水水平井堵水,相渗调节剂可用于中低渗油藏线状出水水平井堵水。上述三种堵水剂可以为与桩1块类似的油藏条件筛管完井水平井堵水提供借鉴。
Abstract
Selection and evaluation lab study of water shutoff agent has been conducted on the basis of the produced water from screen pipe completion horizontal well. With Zhuang 1 block of ShengLi oil field as an example, three kinds of water shutoff agents have been evaluated in lab, including w/w polymer gel,relative permeability correctives and resin of oil-soluble. The result indicates that w/w polymer gel is fit for pit or part well water from horizontal well at middle permeability reservoir, and resin of oil-soluble is fit for multishot water horizontal well shutoff at high permeability reservoir,and relative permerbility correctives is fit for multishot water horizontal well shutoff at middle-low permeability reservoir. These three kinds of water shutoff agents can be taken as examples for the scree well shutoff like Zhuang 1 block.
