针对渤海埕北区块大位移井在尾管固井施工环节中存在的一些技术难点,提出了一系列施工中的技术措施及要求,制定了较为完善的斜井尾管固井工艺技术措施;以CB32B-1井施工为例,制定的措施对尾管的顺利到位、悬挂器的成功坐挂与坐封、尾管固井的施工正常进行创造了良好的条件;通过声幅CBL固井质量的测定,固井综合质量评定为良好。固井实践表明:该系列技术措施对固井质量的提高有着一定的有效作用,为以后该海域此类复杂井的封隔式尾管悬挂固井提供了相关借鉴和参考。
In view of the technical difficulties occurred during liner cementing in extended reach wells in Chenbei Block of of the Bohai Sea, a series of technical measures and requirements have been put forward, and advanced cementing technologies for inclined well have been developed. Taking Well CB32B-1 as an example, the taken measures have created favorable conditions for the successful placing of line, sitting and sealing of wall packers as well as liner cementing. The cementing quality is excellent through acoustic amplitude CBL evaluation. The practice of the cementing has showed that this series of measures are effective on improvement of the cementing quality, which can provide related references for packer suspension liner cementing in such kind of offshore complex well in later days.
