通过室内实验,优选了甲基葡萄糖甙钻井液的添加剂及最佳加量,确定其基本配方为水+3%膨润土+15%MEG+5%Na2CO3+0.3%FA367+0.1%KPAM+0.5%HFL-2。实验结果表明,该体系具有良好的流变性,在甲基葡萄糖甙加量为15%时体系的滚动回收率超过80%,表现出了很强的抑制性;同时,通过动态污染试验获得的数据是平均渗透率恢复值达到了88.9%,表明其储层保护效果良好。
The additive for drilling fluid and optimal concentration have been selected through lab experiments. The basical formula is as follows: water+3%bentonite+15%MEG+5%Na2C03+0.3%FA367+0.1%KPAM+0.5%HFL-2. The experiment results show that the system has good rheological properties. When added amount up is to 15%, the cutting roller recovery is over 80%. On the basis of the lab experiment on dynamic pollution, the average of permeability recovery value is up to 88.9%.
