川西高温高压气井井筒完整性优化设计及应用

Optimal design of well integrity and its application in HPHT gas well in western region of Sichuan

川西须二气藏埋藏深,具有高温、高压、含CO2的特点,恶劣工况导致井筒失效问题十分突出。统计分析表明导致川西须二气井井筒失效最主要的因素是套管磨损,其次为CO2腐蚀,再次是井口失效,还有粘扣、套管质量缺陷等失效模式。根据井筒失效分析结果,结合井筒腐蚀预测、剩余强度计算、管柱力学分析,提出了从套管防磨、管柱防腐和井口装置优选三方面提高井筒完整性的优化设计方法,并在新场、大邑等区块进行了初步应用,取得明显的应用效果。
The gas pool of Member 2 of Xujiahe in West Sichuan was characterized by ultra-deep burial depth, high pressure and temperature, CO2 bearing, and harsh operational environment has caused prominent wellbore failure. Statistics and analysis finds out that case wornout is the foremost element resulting in gas well wellbore failure in the Member 2 of Xujiahe in West Sichuan, followed by CO2 corrosion, well head failure, galling and quality fault of case and so on. Based on the analytical result of the wellbore failure, combining corruption forecast to wellbore, calculation about residual intensity and analysis about string intensity, optimal design of well integrity has been proceeded from countercheck of case wornout, string corrosion control and well head device optimization. It has been applied preliminarily in Xinchang and Dayi gas field, and has acquired apparent application effect.
