位于渤海中部海域的BZ13-1油田在前期钻井中存在溢流、井漏、阻卡等较多复杂问题,制约了钻井速度。井壁稳定的力学分析方法主要利用钻井资料、测井资料、录井资料等,分析地层压力、地应力、地层强度参数的分布规律,结合岩体强度准则计算坍塌压力与破裂压力,得出钻井安全密度窗口。通过对BZ13-1油田井壁稳定性进行分析,得出了高压层、易漏失层、易坍塌层位置,并据此对开发井进行井身结构设计,分析结果在开发井钻井中取得了良好的应用效果,有效减少了钻井复杂问题。
When exploration wells were drilled in BZ13-1 Oilfield in the central part of Bohai Sea, many problems appeared, such as overflow, leakage and pipe stuck, which have a great influence on the drilling rate.Based on drilling data, well logging and other data, the mechanical method for analysis of wellbore stability is used to analyze the distribution of the format ion pressure, in-situ stress and strength parameters, by calculating collapse pressure and fracture pressure with proper strength criterion, the fluid density window for safety drilling has been obtained finally.According to wellbore stability analysis for Well BZ13-1, the location of high pressure zone, thief zone and collapse zone have been obtained, and the casing program has been designed based on the study result s.Good results have been achieved in development well drilling, and the complex drilling problems have been reduced.
