渤海浅层油藏大多数为胶结疏松的稠油油藏,这类油藏目前主要的开发方式是防砂开采,但这样不能最大限度的挖掘产能,还增加了操作成本。针对渤海稠油油藏的实际情况,重点评价了金属棉筛管防砂方式情况下,模拟现场完井方式,建立了该完井方式出砂量对物性影响程度的实验流程和方案,并建立了出砂量与物性变化关系图版。研究成果为油田实施适度出砂开采完井方式的优化提供实验依据,对类似渤海稠油油藏出砂油井的科学生产和管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
Most of shallow oil reservoirs in Bohai Sea are loose heavy oil reservoirs. At present, the develop-ment mode of these reservoirs is exploitation with sand-prevention, which can't exploit production utter-mostly while increases operation cost. The paper evaluates sand prevention with metal kapok screen pipe, simulates field completion system, establishes test process and scheme of the influence degree of sand pro-duction rate under this completion system, and establishes relation chart of sand production rate and reser-voir physical properties changes. The result has some guide meaning for scientific production and adminis-tration in Bohai heavy oil reservoir.
