摘要
船舶营运单位, 承担着船舶安全和防止污染的责任, 这就需要运用科学管理的方法, 加强对船舶的管理, 避免或减少海上安全和污染事故, 建立安全管理体系, 营造安全管理环境, 为单位经济发展提高提供保障。
Abstract
Shipping operation units bear the safe management and operation of ships and pollution prevention responsibility. This needs using the scientific management method such as streng then the control over shipping, avoid or reduce safety and pollution accident, set up the safe management system, and build the safety management environment. These methods have ensured the development of shipping operation units.
