摘要
文章介绍了乐安油田南区草南95-2井组火烧油层室内研究和现场试验情况。通过室内研究确定了火烧试验主要参数(包括油层点燃温度、空气用量及注气速度、燃料含量、点燃时间等)及动态监测方案。现场试验表明, 草南95-2井组成功地实现了通电点火, 燃烧过程参数的正确设立保证了油层持续燃烧, 使火烧试验得以顺利进行。通过火烧油层效果分析, 得到了该区火烧采油的一些规律性认识, 即火烧带(前缘)在平面上存在明显的方向性, 这表明油藏存在较强的平面矛盾和层间矛盾, 从而为下步采取措施改善火烧前缘剖面、提高火烧试验效果提供了依据, 同时对于同类油藏开发也具有一定的借鉴作用。
Abstract
This paper introduces the in-house laboratory investigation and field test of Caonan95-2 well cluster in the south of Le An oil field. The essential parameters including pay ignition temperature, air volume and gas injection volume, fuel content, ignition time, etc and performance monitoring project were verified by in-house laboratory investigation. Field test showed that Caonan95-2 well cluster succeeded in electrified ignition, and the exactly selected parameters ensured the persistent combustion which maked the test run favorable. This paper analyzes the combustion pay effect and get some regularity recognition that there is an obvious directivity in the horizontal direction of combustion front, which shows that there is stronger heterogeneity in horizontal direction and vertical direction, giving evidence to improve the profile of combustion front and increase the effect of combustion test, which is significant to the reservoir development of the same type.
