According to the completely new situation of the speeding up economic globalization,the international capital reconstruction,the technology advancement in verery passing day and the deepening reform and opening up in China,by analyzing the severe challenge that SINOPEC is facing during the nation's tenth five-year plan,the great marketing pressure that SINOPEC is bearing and the unique advantage it has,the author gives his consideration on SINOPEC's international cooperation in the world oil industry.
