摘要

针对注水管线结垢腐蚀较为严重的情况进行了现场调查,采集了大量结垢腐蚀样,对使用水质、结垢物进行鉴定和定量分析,总结分析了结垢腐蚀的成因,优选了防腐添加剂从而为有效地除垢、防垢防腐奠定了基础。

Abstract

Scale damage is serious in Hanqu oil field.Regarding to this case,a lot of scale torming specimen and corrosive are collected.This paper presents rationale of scale formation and finds choice of scale control additive through scale deposit authentication and water examination.It will provide a effective method for water flood transmission to clean scaling and prevent it from corroding.
