摘要
本文概述了ECK-1型渗透率自动测定仪的分析原理、气测流程的设计、节流毛细管的标定、压力与流量工作曲线的绘制和测试程序操作及试验研究对比方法。大量分析数据对比表明,该仪器重复性误差小于5%的样品,占总分析样品数的95%,测量精度可达1.5%左右。同一样品复测三次分析偏差都小于4%。渗透率在40—7000×103μm2范围内的82块岩样,相对误差小于5%的占总分析样品数96.3%,与美国仪器平行测定的5块样品的渗透率值,均在分析误差之内。
Abstract
This paper outlines the analytic principle of Model ECK-1 Automatic Permeability Analyser,the design of gas flow program,the calibration of capillary flow rate,the plotting for the curves of pressure and flow,the operation procedure and the correlation of testing analysis.According to the correlation of many experimental data,it is indicated that the samples with the error of duplication is less than 5% account for 95% of the total samples using such a equipment.The accuracy for the testings could reach±1.5% and the deviation for three repeated testings is no more than 4% on the same sample.For 82 rocks with their permeability ranging from 40 to 7000×103μm2,96.3% of them have their error less than 5%.
