关于苝的分析,目前国内一般都采用紫外可见光吸收分光光度法和萤光吸收分光光度法。这些方法主要过程,是把经薄层分离后的斑点刮下,经过洗脱、制样,然后上仪器分析,是一种半定量的方法。采用薄层色谱扫描法,可直接对苝的斑点在薄板上进行定量测定,缩短了分析流程,提高了方法的准确度,使苝的分析方法由以往的半定量提高到定量测定的水平。

The paper mainly discusses the method of Thin Layer Chromatography Scanner which can be used in measuring perylene quantitatively direct on thin sections. The approvements are made to overcome the defects and complicated operations by using other instruments, such as Ultraviolet Visible-Spectrophotometer, Fluorescence Absorpt Spectrum, etc. Therefore, it improves the analysis efficiency.
