摘要
为了进一步优化天然气管道的运行,以1,3,5-苯三甲酸、对甲苯磺酸、十二胺等为原料制备了天然气减阻 剂1,3,5-苯三甲酸三-十二酰胺(BATD)。以雾化时间和BATD加量为变量,辅以扫描电镜,综合评价了BATD在 天然气管输过程中的预膜情况和减阻性能。结果表明,BATD可以在钢材表面牢固吸附,明显降低钢材表面的粗 糙度,显著提升输气管道的输送效率,并兼具缓蚀效果。当雾化时间为60 min、BATD质量浓度为6 g/L时,减阻 率(13.32%)达到最大,缓蚀率达到85.12%。BATD溶液成膜性能良好,可实现减阻增输。
Abstract
In order to further optimize the operation of natural gas pipeline,the natural gas drag reducer 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid tridodecylamide(BATD)was synthesized from 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid,p-toluenesulfonic acid,dodecylamine,etc. Its performance of drag reduction and corrosion in natural gas pipeline transmission was comprehensively evaluated by using atomization time and BATD dosage as variables,along with scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that BATD could firmly adsorb on the steel surface,significantly reduce the roughness of the steel surface,and significantly improve the transmission efficiency of the gas pipeline,and also had the effect of corrosion inhibition. When the atomization time was 60 min and BATD dosage was 6 g/L,the maximum drag reduction rate reached 13.32% and the slow release rate reached 85.12%. The film forming performance of BATD solution was good,which could reduce resistance and increase transportation.
