摘要
深入调研了适用于90~180 ℃范围内的曼尼希碱、季铵盐和咪唑啉型缓蚀剂体系,从缓蚀剂结构、助剂类型、测试条件、缓蚀效果和作用机理5个方面对高温缓蚀剂进行综述,从配方探索和机理研究的角度对油田酸化用高温缓蚀剂研究的未来发展方向进行了思考。
Abstract
The Mannich base,quaternary ammonium salt and imidazoline type corrosion inhibitor systems applicable to the range of 90—180 ℃ were deeply investigated. The high temperature corrosion inhibitors were reviewed from five aspects:corrosion inhibitor structure,type of additives,testing conditions,corrosion inhibition effect and mechanism of action. The future development direction of the research on high temperature corrosion inhibitors for oilfield acidizing was considered from the perspective of formulation exploration and mechanism research.
