几种滑溜水缔合型降阻剂的制备及性能

为研究含不同疏水结构缔合型二元丙烯酰胺共聚物降阻剂的性能,合成了4 种疏水改性单体:N,N-二甲基 烯丙基苯基丙烷基溴化铵(Allyldimethylalkyl quaternary ammonium salt 1,AQAS1)、N,N-二甲基烯丙基壬烷基 溴化铵(AQAS2)、N,N-二甲基烯丙基-9-甲基十九烷基溴化铵(AQAS3)和N,N-二甲基烯丙基二十烷基溴化铵 (AQAS4),采用水溶液聚合法分别将合成的疏水单体与丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚制备了4 种二元共聚物P(AM/ AQAS1)、P(AM/AQAS2)、P(AM/AQAS3)、P(AM/AQAS4)。研究了这4 种共聚物的溶解性能以及耐盐、耐温耐 剪切性能,并对比测定了不同浓度P(AM/AQAS1)与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺P(AM/NaAA)在10 g/L 的NaCl溶液中 的降阻能力。研究结果表明,所合成的4 种疏水缔合型丙烯酰胺共聚物在0~20 g/L 的NaCl 溶液中表现出良好 的耐盐性;在30~100 ℃范围内持续升温,表观黏度随温度提升下降幅度较小,表现出良好的耐温性;带环状结 构的聚合物表观黏度受剪切时间的影响较大,带链状结构的聚合物表观黏度几乎不受影响,但4 种聚合物总体上 均表现出耐剪切性能。用矿化度为10 g/L 的NaCl溶液配制的质量分数为0.15%的P(AM/AQAS1)溶液在流量为 45 L/min 时达到了最佳降阻效果,降阻率为60%,而相同条件下P(AM/NaAA)溶液的降阻率仅为51%,P(AM/ AQAS1)的降阻效果更显著。
In order to study the properties of drag reducing agents of hydrophobically associating binary acrylamide copolymers with different hydrophobic structures,four kinds of allyldimethylalkyl quaternary ammonium salt monomers,named as AQAS1, AQAS2,AQAS3,AQAS4,were synthesized,and four kinds of hydrophobic associated polyacrylamide P(AM/AQAS1),P(AM/ AQAS2),P(AM/AQAS3),P(AM/AQAS4)were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using four kinds of modified monomers with acrylamide(AM). The solubility,salt resistance,temperature resistance and shear resistance of four products were studied,the drag reducing ability of P(AM/AQAS1)and P(AM/NaAA)was compared. The result showed that,four kinds of hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide presented good salt resistance temperature resistance and shear resistance performance. When the flow rate was 45 L/min,the drag reduction rate of P(AM/AQAS1)in NaCl solution with the concentration of 10 g/L was 60%,while the drag reducing rate of P(AM/NaAA)was 51% at the same conditon,as a result,P(AM/AQAS1)exhibited more significant drag reducing ability.
