摘要
为降低无机碱/表面活性剂二元驱油体系对油藏地层环境的损害,提高驱油体系的生物可降解性,研究了 生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂(RL)、槐糖脂(SL)与乙醇胺(MEA)等有机碱复配体系的界面性能,并通过岩心驱替物 模实验评价了复配体系强化胜利油田沾三区块原油的驱替效率。Rubingh规则溶液理论模型计算结果表明生物 表面活性剂复配体系中RL和SL分子可在表面吸附层自发吸引,协同降低溶液的表、界面张力;“RL/SL”体系中 SL占比小于0.3时,协同效应较强。当表面活性剂质量分数为0.15%(SL占二者质量分数为0.2)、乙醇胺为3.5% 时,RL/SL/MEA复配体系可将油水界面张力降低至9×10-3 mN/m,达到超低界面张力数量级范围。岩心驱替物 模实验表明,RL/SL/MEA驱油体系可在水驱基础上提高原油采收率24.13%。RL/SL/MEA复配体系在三次采油 领域具有一定的应用潜力。图5表1参34
Abstract
To reduce the damage of the inorganic alkali/ chemical surfactant dual oil displacement system to reservoir formation, improve the biodegradability of the oil displacement system,the interface performance between the biosurfactant rhamnolipid(RL)/ sophorolipid(SL)/monoethanolamine(MEA)or other organic alkali compound oil displacement system and the crude oil was analyzed,and through core displacement model,experimental evaluation of the enhanced oil recovery of RL/ SL/ MEA compound system to Shengli oilfield Zhan 3 block was carried out. The calculation results of Rubingh regular solution theoretical model showed that the RL and SL molecules in the biosurfactant mixed system could spontaneously attract on the surface adsorption layer and synergistically reduce the surface and interfacial tension of the solution. When the ratio of SL to the total surfactants was less than 0.3,the synergistic effect was stronger. The RL/SL/MEA compound system with 0.15% surfactant(SL accounts for 0.2 of both)and 3.5% MEA,could make oil-water interface tension reduce to 9×10-3 mN/m,reaching the order of magnitude range of ultra-low interinterface tension. Core displacement model experiments showed that RL/SL/MEA oil displacement system could enhance oil recovery by 24.13% based on the water flooding. The RL/SL/MEA oil displacement system has a certain application potential in enhancing oil recovery of oilfield.
