线型酚醛树脂交联 P(AM-co-AMPS)暂堵剂的制备及耐温耐盐性能

针对缝洞型油藏长期水驱开采造成的油水同出问题,设计开发了一套耐温耐盐的化学胶塞用剂体系。以低相对分子质量聚合物 P(AM-co-AMPS)代替目前常用的高相对分子质量聚丙烯酰胺,线型酚醛树脂作交联剂,研究了聚合物和交联剂的不同加量对体系黏度、成胶时间和凝胶强度的影响及体系的耐温抗盐性。研究结果表明,随聚合物用量和交联剂用量增加,体系黏度增加,成胶时间缩短,凝胶强度提高,该体系可根据地层条件调整试剂用量,以满足不同地质条件的堵水作业。凝胶产物的 TG和 DSC测试结果显示凝胶具有良好的热稳定性。该体系具有优良的耐温抗盐性能,P(AM-co-AMPS)用量 4.8%、酚醛树脂用量 10%时所形成的凝胶产物在环境温度 120℃、矿化度22×104 mg/L的模拟地层水中48 h不降解。图11表 1参 17
The problem of producing both oil and water is caused by long-term waterflooding in the fractured-cavity carbonate reservoirs. To solve the problem,low molecular weight polymer was used in this paper to replace high molecular weight polyacrylamide which was commonly used as blocking agent,and novolac resin used as crosslinker. The effects of dosage of polymer and crosslinker on the viscosity,gelation time and gel strength were investigated,as well as high temperature and salt resistance. The results showed that with the increase of polymer dosage and crosslinker dosage,the viscosity of the system increased,the gelation time shortened and the gel strength enhanced. The results of TG and DSC indicated that the system had good thermal stability. The system had good temperature-resistance and salt-resistance. The gel product,prepared with 4.8% of P(AM-co-AMPS)and 10% of phenolic resin,did not degrade when soaked in the simulated formation water with the mineralization of 22×104 mg/L for 48 h at the temperature of 120℃.
