水基钻井液中混入原油是目前国内深水平井钻井过程中为了降低扭矩和摩阻而普遍采取的钻井液措施,但原油不仅会对荧光录井造成干扰,而且易于造成严重的环境污染,因此研发能够有效代替原油的水基钻井液润滑剂具有重要的现实意义。本文介绍了近年来国内外水基钻井液润滑剂的研究进展,并通过对比不同类型润滑剂的优缺点,对水基钻井液润滑剂的发展进行了展望。参49
In order to reduce the drag and torque of deep horizontal well,large amount of crude oil was added in the water-based drilling fluid. However,crude oil not only bring harm to fluorescent logging,but also cause serious environmental pollution.Therefore,it is important to develop novel environmental-friendly lubricant that can take the place of crude oil. In this review,the research progress of lubricant in water-based drilling fluid in recent years was elaborated,and the development of water-based drilling fluid lubricants was prospected through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of lubricants.
