为了弄清页岩气藏压裂水平井生产动态和参数优化方法,文中基于双重介质和离散裂缝理论,建立了页岩气藏压裂水平井渗流数学模型,采用有限差分方法对数学模型进行数值求解;提出了以净现值最优为目标的页岩气藏压裂水平井参数优化方法,模拟井间距、单段簇数和裂缝半长对压裂水平井生产动态的影响,分析了产量最大化和净现值最优2种目标下的参数取值。研究结果表明:随着井间距的减小、单段簇数的增加和裂缝半长的增大,压裂水平井累计产气量增量先增大、后减小;以产量最大化为目标优化的井间距和裂缝半长偏小,单段簇数偏大,而以净现值为优化目标可以兼顾初期产量和投资收益,实现优化结果的双重最优。
In order to study the production performance and parameter optimization method of fractured horizontal wells in shale gas reservoir, based on dual medium and discrete fracture theory in this paper, the seepage mathematical model of fractured horizontal wells in shale gas reservoir is established, and the mathematical model is numerically solved by finite difference method. The parameter optimization method of fractured horizontal wells in shale gas reservoir with the goal of optimal net present value is proposed. The effects of well spacing, single segment cluster number, and hydraulic fracture half length on the production performance of fractured horizontal wells are simulated, and the parameter values under the two objectives of maximum production and optimal net present value are analyzed. The research shows that with the decrease of well spacing and the increase of single segment cluster number and hydraulic fracture half length, the cumulative gas production increment of fractured horizontal wells first increases and then decreases. The well spacing and hydraulic fracture half length optimized with the goal of maximizing production is rather small and the number of single segment clusters is rather large. Taking the net present value as the optimization goal can give consideration to the initial output and investment income, and realize the double optimization of the optimization results.
