我国东部老油田套返问题日渐凸显,常规手段无法彻底治理。文中以大庆油田某采油厂X井为例,详细分析了该井基本情况及前期治理存在的问题,基于无源磁导向技术,形成了“3+1”多级治理思路。针对X井井深浅、地下压力层系复杂等问题,提出了优化磁测距精度和优化挤注压力的精准治理对策。现场实施完整的技术方案,即无源磁导向技术配合挤注水泥、射孔等技术手段,给X井重造一个完整的圈闭,封堵泄漏点。工程历经40 d,累计进行无源磁导向测量9次,两井之间的距离从首次测量的10.98 m缩短至0.16 m,分级挤注封堵后预留治理井作为观察通道。研究表明,200 d后X井再无新的油气水溢出,节约预期投资一半以上,解决了困扰采油厂多年的环保难题,为东部老油田的老井治理提供了可靠思路。
The casing fluid-returning problem in the old oilfields of the eastern China is increasingly prominent, and conventional means can not completely treated it. Taking well X in a oil production plant of Daqing oil field as an example in this paper, the basic situation and problems of earlier treatment for well X are analyzed. Then, based on core-less magnetic steering technology, the multilevel treatment thinking "3+1" is formed. According to the shallow well depth and the complex underground formation pressure in well X and so on, precise treatment for the optimized magnetism ranging accuracy and squeezing pressure are put forward. In field application, the complete technical scheme is applied, which includes the core-less magnetic steering technology combined with extrusion cement, perforation and other technical means. Finally, the new trap for well X was reconstructed to plug the leakage point. The project had carried out 9 times measurements of the core-less magnetic steering technology in 40 days, and the distance between the two wells had been shortened from initial 10.98 m to 0.16 m. After staged squeeze injection, the treatment well was reserved as an observation channel. The results show that new fluid does not overflow anymore in well X within 200 days, more than half of the investment are saved, which solves the environment protection problems that have plagued the oil production plant for many years.  A reliable idea was provided for the old well treatment in the eastern old oilfield.
