Drilling fluid and reservoir protection technology of reservoir sections in Wen 23 gas storage

针对中原油田文23储气库储层段施工过程中地层压力系数低、分布紊乱,水敏性强,储层保护要求高等特点,研发出抗温120 ℃、密度0.85~1.00 g/cm3的可调防漏型微泡钻井液,以及屏蔽暂堵和非渗透弹韧性水泥浆等关键技术,从而减少钻井液漏失,提高固井质量,保护油气层;同时,通过加强预封堵、强化微泡钻井液密度控制、做好固井前地层承压等工作,进一步完善了现场施工工艺。相关技术在文23储气库储层段应用66口井,漏失发生率仅为13.6%,储层段固井质量优良率达98.5%;后期注气作业中,单井平均注气速率达50×104 m3/d,超预测值15×104~20×104 m3/d的1.5~2.0倍,且储层保护效果明显。
In view of the characteristics of low formation pressure coefficient, disordered distribution, strong water sensitivity and high requirements for reservoir protection during the reservoir sections construction of Wen 23 gas storage in Zhongyuan Oilfield, adjustable leak-proof microfoam drilling fluid with temperature resistance of 120 ℃ and density of 0.85 ̄1.00 g/cm3, as well as the key technologies such as shielding temporary plugging and non-permeable cement slurry with elasticity and toughness are developed to reduce the loss of drilling fluid, improve the cementing quality and protect the oil and gas reservoir. At the same time, the field construction technology is further improved by strengthening the pre-plugging, enhancing the density control of microfoam drilling fluid and doing well in the formation pressure before cementing. The related technologies have been applied to 66 wells in the reservoir section of Wen 23 gas storage, the leakage rate is only 13.6%, and the excellent rate of cementing quality in the reservoir section is 98.5%. In the later gas injection operation, the average gas injection rate of a single well is 50×104 m3/d, 1.5 ̄2.0 times higher than the predicted value (15×104 ̄20×104 m3/d), and the reservoir protection effect is obvious.
