针对松辽盆地北部青山口组基质型页岩油储层压裂改造的难点,结合基质型页岩油储层地质特征,文中采用前置液态CO2增能技术降低破裂压力,增加裂缝的复杂程度,优选出低伤害压裂液体系,以减小对储层的伤害;在大排量、大规模体积压裂的同时,采用多尺度多缝多粒径支撑剂组合加砂工艺、高砂比伴注纤维加砂工艺及混合压裂液变黏度多级交替注入工艺提高裂缝导流能力,形成了一套适用于松辽盆地的基质型页岩油储层高导流体积缝网压裂技术。研究表明,该技术增加了压裂后返排率,降低了储层伤害,形成了复杂缝网体系及高导流裂缝,提高了产量,在松辽盆地北部现场应用4口井,压裂后均获得工业油流。研究成果对基质型页岩油储层压裂改造提供了技术借鉴。
In view of the fracturing stimulation difficulties of the matrix shale oil reservoir of Qingshankou Formation in the north of Songliao Basin, combined with the geological characteristics of the matrix shale oil reservoir, the energization technology of pre?鄄loading liquid carbon dioxide is adopted to reduce the fracture pressure, increase the complexity of fracture, optimize the low damage fracturing fluid system, and reduce the damage to the reservoir. At the same time of large?鄄scale and lagre displacement volume fracturing, multi?鄄scale, multi?鄄fracture and multi?鄄particle proppant combination sand?鄄adding technology, high sand ratio with fiber sand?鄄adding process and multi?鄄stage alternating injection process of mixed fracturing fluid with variable viscosity are used to improve fracture conductivity. Finally, a set of volum fracture network fracturing technology of high conductivity for matrix shale oil in Songliao Basin is formed. The results show that this technology can increase the flowback rate after fracturing, reduce reservoir damage, form complex fracture network system and high conductivity fractures, increase the production. The technology was used in four wells in north of Songliao Basin, and industrial oil flow was obtained after fracturing. This study provides a technical reference for the matrix shale oil reservoir fracturing stimulation.
