单筒双井与批量钻井技术在南堡1 ̄3导管架的应用

The drilling technology of twin holes in monobore & batch-drilling on Nanpu 1-3 jacket platform

针对冀东油田南堡1 ̄3区东一油藏,利用导管架钻井比人工岛更能提高开发效益。为降低导管架及钻井工程成本,在冀东油田首次应用了单筒双井技术,满足了9个井口槽部署15口井的要求。文中采用密集井口整体防碰设计,解决了上部有限空间密集轨迹防碰问题;采用非标尺寸井筒适应单筒双井井身结构,减少了表层套管下入挂碰的发生;通过实例介绍了批量钻井与单筒双井技术的结合优势;利用占位钻具及2个分支井眼表层快速分离工艺,实现了安全钻井和缩短整体钻井周期的目的。研究成果可为类似导管架单筒双井钻井工艺的应用提供借鉴。
Using jacket to develop Ed1 reservoir of Nanpu 1-3 area in Jidong Oilfield can improve the development benefit more than using artificial island. To reduce jacket and drilling engineering cost, the twin holes in monobore technology was applied for the first time in Jidong Oilfield, and nine wellhead slots were realized to meet the deployment requirements of 15 wells. The integral collision prevention design of dense wellhead is used to solve the collision prevention of the dense track in the upper limited space. The non-standard size wellbore was used to adapt to the characteristics of well bore structure of twin holes in monobore, which reduced the hanging collision of surface casing running. This paper introduces the combination advantages of batch-drilling technology and twin holes in monobore. By using position-occupying drilling string and the fast separation technology of the surface of two branch boreholes, safe drilling and the purpose of shortening the overall drilling cycle are realized. That provides reference for the application of the drilling technology of twin holes in monobore on similar jacket platform.
