摘要
综合地震及测井解释、岩石力学性质及地质力学分析、数值模拟、水力压裂等技术,提出非常规油气藏地质工程一体化模拟工作流原理,并以塔里木盆地塔中12油田为例,运用地质工程一体化的思想解决了压裂一体化耦合数值模拟过程中的具体问题。即:建立精细三维地质模型,基于体积压裂模拟结果进一步优化复杂缝网模型;采用新一代流固耦合数值模拟技术等,结合研究区地质认识和工程实践,实现了体积压裂、地质力学和油气藏动态全耦合数值模拟。研究结果表明:精细三维地质模型可辅助提升储层钻遇率和钻井效率;利用有限元方法建立的压裂模型,能够精确刻画体积压裂缝网空间展布规律和油藏开发特征。在此基础上,将复杂的体积压裂缝网模型与油藏数值模型耦合,可进一步开展有关非常规致密油藏提高采收率的后续研究工作。在塔里木油田首次尝试非常规致密油藏地质工程一体化模拟技术,对油田开发具有重要的指导作用和借鉴意义。
Abstract
Based on the comprehensive consideration of the earthquake, logging interpretation, rock mechanics, geological mechanics, hydraulic fracturing and the numerical simulation, this paper introduce the workflow principle of geology-engineering integration of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs. Taking Tazhong 12 oilfield of Tarim Basin as an example, the concept of geology-engineering integration was applied to settle the specific challenges in the process of fracturing integrated coupling numerical simulation. The complex fracture network model is optimized based on volume fracturing simulation results by building fine 3D geostress model. To realize volume fracturing, geomechanics and reservoir dynamic fully coupled digital mode, the geological cognition and engineering practice were combined closely by adopting a new generation of fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation technology. It is indicated that the drilling ratio and drilling efficiency can be improved effectively by fine 3D geostress model. The fracturing model established by finite element method can accurately depict the spatial distribution law and development characteristics of hydraulic fracture network. Based on the researches, through the coupling of complex fracture network model to numerical reservoir model, the follow-up study of enhanced oil recovery in unconventional tight oil reservoirs is further developed. This is the first attempt of geology-engineering integrated simulation technology of unconventional tight oil reservior in Tarim oilfield, which has important guidance function and referential significance for actual oilfield development.
