为解决爆燃压裂技术在定向井多层合采施工中的应用难题,根据海上油田储层物性和层段距离,选择合适的作业层段;根据一趟作业2个层位同时爆燃的设计思路,采用火药燃烧压力计算公式、压挡液运动模型、峰值压力叠加等相关理论,计算了不同质量火药的峰值压力;根据火药峰值压力和地层破裂压力,选择有效的施工火药质量,并对套管及作业管柱进行了安全校核,模拟计算了施工效果。研究表明,设计思路正确,峰值压力计算准确,火药质量控制合理有效。在海上油田4口井中成功进行了2个层位同时爆燃的压裂作业,施工效果明显。补孔+爆燃压裂施工后,日产油量提高6~12倍。
In order to solve the application problems of deflagration fracturing technology to multi-layer combined production in directional wells, according to the properties of the reservoir and the interval distance of the offshore oil field, the appropriate operation interval is selected, and design edeas of one trip for two layers deflagration is adopted. Based on related theory models such as the combustion pressure formula of the gunpowder, the movement of the blocking fluid, and the superposition of pressure peaks, the peak pressures under different gunpowder dosages are simulated and calculated. By selecting the amount of gunpowder under effective action, the casing and pipe string are conducted safety check and simulation of the operation effect based on peak pressure of gunpowder and the fracture pressure of the formation rock. The research results show that the design thinking is correct, peak pressure calculated is correct and the gunpowder amounts controlled is reasonable and effective. The operation result shows that the simultaneous deflagration fracturing in two layers of four wells in offshore oil field has been successfully applied. The operation effect shows that the daily oil production increased about 6 ̄12 times after the perforation supplement and deflagration operation.
