新型复合泡排剂抗油性能研究与应用

Research and application of oil resistance of a new compound foam drainage agent

在气田开发后期,由于气井地层能量下降和凝析油消泡作用,常规泡排剂很难将高凝析油气井的井底积液高效举升出井筒。为解决此问题,采用室内与现场相结合的方法,对自主研发的新型抗凝析油复合泡排剂CSL开展了一系列室内性能评价,确定了泡排剂对白庙气藏的适应性,并在白64井开展了现场试验。室内评价结果表明,CSL抗盐性能达17.55×104 mg/L,耐温达140.0 ℃,在煤油体积分数为50 %的条件下,动态携液率仍高于50%。白64井现场应用结果表明,CSL能满足白庙气田泡沫排液技术要求。综上可知,CSL是一种适用于高温、高凝析油气井且能代替传统泡排剂的优良泡排剂。
In view of the decline of formation energy and the defoaming effect of condensate oil in the late stage of gas field development, it was difficult for conventional foam drainage agent to lift the bottom hole effusion of high condensate gas well out of the wellbore efficiently. In order to solve this problem, this pater carried out a series of indoor performance evaluation on the self-developed new anti-condensate compound foam drainage agent CSL by combining indoor and field methods, determined the adaptability of foam drainage agent to Baimiao gas reservoir, and carried out field test in well Bai64. The indoor evaluation results show that the salt resistance of CSL could reach 17.55 × 104  mg/L, the temperature resistance was up to 140 ℃, and the dynamic liquid carrying rate was still higher than 50% under the condition of 50% kerosene volume content. The field application results of well Bai64 show that the CSL could meet the technical requirements of foam drainage in the Baimiao gas field. In conclusion, CSL is an excellent foaming drainage agent suitable for high temperature and high condensate oil content gas wells and is expected to replace the traditional foaming drainage agent.
