高钙镁稠油油藏化学复合驱油体系的研发
——以春风油田排601区块为例

Development of compound chemical flooding system for high Calcium and Magnesium heavy oil reservoir: taking Pai 601 Sector of Chunfeng Oilfield as an example

国内稠油油藏类型多样,储层物性复杂,其中高钙镁质量浓度等因素会显著降低化学药剂降黏、调堵等功能。文中以春风油田排601浅层高钙镁特稠油区块为例,针对该油藏地层水钙镁质量浓度高、原油黏度大、高渗通道发育等问题,研发了耐钙镁的化学复合驱油体系,并对该体系的稳定性、配伍性及驱油效果等动静态指标开展了综合评价。复合驱油体系在高钙镁质量浓度下,调堵、降黏效果良好,室内驱油实验表明,采收率得到有效提高。该体系为春风油田排601区块的开发打下了基础,同时也为同类型油藏开发提供了参考。
In China, there were various heavy oil reservoir types and complex reservior properties. High Calcium and Magnesium significantly reduced the effect of viscosity reduction and profile control. Taking shallow Pai 601 Sector of Chunfeng Oilfield as an example in this paper, the compound chemical flooding system with Calcium and Magnesium resistance was developed aiming at high Calcium & Magnesium, high oil viscosity and high-permeable channels development. The comprehensive evaluation of stability, compatibleness and flooding effect of the system were conducted. The novel system showed a good effect on viscosity reduction and profile control under high Calcium and Magnesium condition. The recovery was effectively enhanced in flooding experiment. The chemical system built a solid base for the future development of Pai 601 Sector in Chunfeng Oilfield and provided reference for the development of similar reservoirs.
