致密油新一代驱油型滑溜水压裂液体系的研制与应用

鄂尔多斯盆地致密油藏储层渗透率低,地层压力低,油井依靠压裂投产。油藏开发中普遍呈现初期产量高、递减快、稳产难度大、采收率低等特征。为实现油井压裂施工中补充地层能量、储层低伤害、降低界面张力以及提高洗油效率等目的,文中提出了在JHFR ̄2减阻剂+JHFD ̄2多功能添加剂滑溜水压裂液体系中加入HE ̄BIO生物驱油剂,并且在压裂液减阻效果、抗盐性、储层伤害、生物毒性、洗油效率、驱油效率等实验研究的基础上,研制了集压裂、增能、驱油为一体的致密油新一代驱油型滑溜水压裂液体系。该体系具有速溶、无毒、环保低伤害、减阻、抗盐、防膨、超低界面张力等特点。利用该压裂液体系,在南泥湾油田P132平2井开展压裂三采一体化先导试验取得圆满成功,为我国致密油藏的高效开发进行了有益尝试。
Tight oil reservoirs in the Ordos Basin have low permeability and low formation pressure, and oil wells rely on fracturing to put into production. Reservoir development generally presents the characteristics of high initial production, rapid decline, difficulty in stable production and low recovery. In order to supplement the formation energy, reduce the reservoir damage, decrease the interfacial tension and improve the oil washing efficiency in the fracturing operation, this paper proposes to add HE-BIO biological oil displacement agent into the JHFR-2 drag reducer + JHFD-2 multifunctional additive slick water fracturing fluid system. Based on the experimental study of fracturing fluid drag reduction efficiency, salt resistance, reservoir damage, biological toxicity, oil washing efficiency, etc, a new generation of fracturing and tertiary oil recovery integration oil-displacing slick water fracturing fluid system for tight oil was developed, which integrates fracturing, energy enhancement and oil displacement. The system has the characteristics of quick dissolution, non-toxicity, environmental low damage, drag reduction, salt resistance, anti-expansion and ultra-low interfacial tension. The pilot practice of racturing and tertiary oil recovery integration was carried out  in well P132 Ping 2 in Nanniwan Oilfield and the operation was successful, which is a useful attempt for the efficient-development of tight oil reservoirs in China.
