摘要
东河油田注气开发阶段油井普遍出砂,严重时砂面已达到射孔井段,造成砂埋油层,出砂是制约油井正常生产的主要因素。基于现场生产资料,通过灰色关联理论、室内实验及理论计算,明确了影响东河油田出砂的主次因素,提出了合理的开发技术对策。结果表明,滩海沉积决定了东河油田本身具备出砂的条件。影响油井出砂程度的因素从大到小依次为胶结方式、生产压差、产液量、含水率、气油比、胶质和沥青质质量分数、作业次数、射孔孔密。针对东河油田油井易出砂及气油比大的开发特点,推荐采用割缝筛管防砂工艺技术,缝宽为0.8~1.2 mm,缝长为0.2 m。采用气举采油工艺,合理气举气量为1.5×104 m3/d,口袋深度为85~110 m。出砂主次影响因素的分析,以及举升工艺和防砂完井技术的提出,对今后东河油田防砂控砂和实现注气稳产增产具有一定指导意义。
Abstract
During the gas injection development of Donghe Oilfield, sand production is common. In severe cases, the sand surface has reached the perforated well section, resulting in sand-buried oil layers. Sand production is the main factor restricting oil recovery. Based on on-site production data, the primary and secondary factors affecting sand production are clarified by grey correlation theory, laboratory experiments and theoretical calculations. And reasonable development countermeasures are proposed. The results show that the beach sediments determine the Donghe Oilfield itself having conditions for sand production. The factors affecting the degree of sand production in oil wells from high to low are cementation type, production pressure difference, liquid production, water volume fraction, gas-oil ratio, resins and asphaltenes content, operation times and perforation density in order. Aiming at the development characteristics of easy sand production and large gas-oil ratio in Donghe Oilfield, it is recommended to adopt the slotted screen sand control technology with slot width of 0.8 ̄1.2 mm and slot length of 0.2 m. As well as the gas lifting is recommended, the reasonable gas lift volume is 1.5×104 m3/d, and the pocket depth is 85 ̄110 m. The analysis of the primary and secondary factors affecting sand production, as well as the proposal of lifting techniques and sand control completion technology, have certain guiding significance for sand control and gas injection stimulation in Donghe Oilfield in the future.
