摘要
通南巴地区“十三五”期间天然气资源量超过3 000×108 m3,是中原油田下步能源开发接替的重要阵地。通南巴地区气藏具有地质条件复杂、地层致密低渗、平面和层间差异大、地层易漏、井控和储层保护矛盾突出等特点。为此,中原油田分公司采油气工程服务中心开展了专项试气工艺技术的针对性研究,形成了通南巴地区高压试气配套技术、450修井机及其附件改造、大套管水泥钻塞技术、钻塞专用扩眼工具研制、智能数据采集系统应用等一系列研究成果,为下步强化该地区地质开发认识、推动气田规模化建产奠定了坚实的技术基础。
Abstract
The natural gas resource in Tongnanba area during the 13th Five-Year Plan period exceeded 3,000×108 m3, which is an important position for the next resource replacement of Zhongyuan Oilfield. The gas reservoirs in Tongnanba Area are characterized by complex geological conditions, tight and low permeability formations, large horizontal and interlayer differences, easy formation leakage, and prominent contradictions between well control and reservoir protection. For this reason, Oil & Gas Production Engineering Service Center in Zhongyuan Oilfield Company has carried out research on special gas-testing technology, and formed a series of achievements, such as matching technology for high pressure gas-testing in Tongnanba Area, accessory transformation of 450 type workover rig, large casing cement plug drilling technology, development of special reaming tools for plug drilling, and application of mud allocation and data acquisition system, and so on. The research results have laid a solid foundation for further deepening the geological and developmental understandings in this area and promoting the large-scale production of gas fields.
