摘要
针对国内高温高盐油藏陆相沉积气驱混相压力高、不能实现混相驱的问题,开展了CO2驱混相压力调节剂的研究,如增加CO2溶解度、提升CO2萃取轻烃能力、降低原油黏度、降低气液表面张力。通过室内实验,量化了17种调节剂4个方面混相因素,明确了调节剂对CO2驱混相压力的影响。研究表明,对开展CO2驱的某个油藏来说,不同调节剂混相因素的效果差异显著:乙二醇丁醚以原油降黏和增加CO2萃取的能力为主,正丁醇增加CO2的萃取能力最强,石油醚类降低原油黏度和油气表面张力的效果显著,苯类主要是促进CO2在原油中溶解,柠檬酸酯类增加CO2在原油中溶解度和提高CO2萃取抽提烃类的能力。研究的认识和成果有利于提高高温高盐油藏CO2驱的采出程度,同时为混相调节剂的改进、研发新型混相调节剂提供理论和实验数据支撑,进而扩大高温高盐油藏混相驱的适用范围。
Abstract
In view of the high miscible pressure of continental sediments gas flooding to realize miscible displacement in high temperature and high salinity reservoir in China, the experimental evaluations on the main mechanism of CO2 miscible pressure regulator was carried out. The evaluations includes increase of CO2 solubility in crude oil, enhancement of CO2 ability to extract light hydrocarbons, reduction of crude oil viscosity and gas-liquid surface tension. 17 regulators and 4 aspects of miscible factor are studied through laboratory experiment, and influence of regulators on CO2 miscible pressure is clarified. It is found that for a specific reservoir of CO2 flooding, the effect of miscibility factors affected by different regulators are different. Ethylene glycol butyl ether mainly has the ability to reduce the viscosity of crude oil and increase the extraction capacity of CO2. N-butanol has the strongest ability to increase the extraction capacity of CO2. Petroleum ethers have a significant effect on reducing the viscosity of crude oil and the surface tension of oil and gas. Benzene plays a major role in promoting the solubility of CO2 in crude oil. Citric acid esters increase the solubility of CO2 in crude oil and improve the extraction capacity of CO2 to extract hydrocarbons. The research results are conducive to enhance recovery degree in high temperature and high salinity reservoir and provides theoretical and experimental data support for the improvement and development of new miscible regulators. Furthermore, the application range of miscible flooding in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs is expanded.
