摘要
液控智能分注工艺可在地面通过液控管线控制井下配水器的水嘴开度,以达到分层调配的目的,其缺点是无法监测井下各层的注水量。对于油藏精细注水开发,分层注水量是分析注水受效和评价水驱效果的重要动态参数。利用该工艺可在地面控制井下配水器水嘴开度的优势,在分析分层注水过程中注入水流动阶段的基础上,提出了一种新的分层调配方法及分层注水量计算方法。通过测试各层配注量下对应的井口注入压力,计算得到各层配水器水嘴满足分层配注量的目的开度;通过水嘴目的开度下的单层注入指示曲线和全井注入指示曲线测试,计算得到不同井口注入压力下各层的注水量,并编制了用于调配设计和分层注水量计算的软件。现场应用表明,该调配方法可靠,分层注水量计算结果准确性较高。分层注水解释结果对油田注水开发精细管理具有重要的意义。
Abstract
The liquid control intelligent layered water injection technology can adjust the opening size of downhole water distributor nozzles through the liquid control pipeline on surface to achieve the purpose of layered allocation, but cannot monitor the injection rate of each layer downhole. For the fine water flooding developed reservoir, layered water injection rate is an important development dynamic parameter for analyzing the effect of injected water and evaluating the effect of water flooding. In this paper, the flow stages of injected water are firstly summarized and analyzed. A new layered allocation method and layered injection rate calculation method is proposed based on the process advantage of controlling and adjusting the opening size of the downhole water distributor nozzles on surface. By testing the corresponding injection pressure of each layer at the allocated injection rate, the objective opening size of the water nozzles that meets the allocation layered injection rate is calculated. By testing the injection indication curve of the single?鄄layer and the full?鄄well, we can obtain the layered injection rate of each layer at the different injection pressure. Furthermore, we compile a software to allocate the injection rate and calculate the layered injection rate. Field application indicates that the allocation mothed is reliable and the calculation method has high accuracy and the interpretation result is of great significance to the fine management of water flooding development oilfield.
