东部某油田注聚区块油藏埋深浅,储层孔隙度20%~33%,岩石胶结疏松,泥质质量分数高。为解决此类高泥质注聚区油井低液低效的问题,研制了SUNP型聚合物解堵剂和LP型携砂酸体系。该体系主要成分为含有过氧化基的强氧化剂及复合酸体系,能够进行聚合物的降解及高泥质成分的溶解,建立起高导流能力的渗流层,达到地层渗流改善的目的,进而形成了一套经济有效的疏松砂岩油藏聚驱单元防砂提液关键技术。研究表明:SUNP型聚合物解堵剂降解率大于90%,降解效果好于目前常用的解堵剂;LP型携砂酸体系的酸蚀性能、流变性能和携砂性能等均能满足解堵、携砂、固砂功能要求。该技术在东部油田应用了7井次,结果表明,该解堵剂和携砂体系性能稳定,解聚效果明显,携砂能力强,提液幅度大,单井平均提液幅度大于30%,具有良好的提液增油效果。
In the polymer injection area of an eastern oilfield, the reservoir buried depth is shallow, the porosity is between 20% to 33%, the rock cementation is loose, and the shale volume frication is high. To solve the problem of low liquid and low efficiency in this kind of high argillaceous polymer injection aera, SUNP polymer plugging removal agent and LP type sand-carrying acid system is developed, and its main components are strong oxidizer containing peroxide and compound acid system. This system has the ability of the degradation of polymer and high argillaceous component dissolution, and can establish a high flow conductivity seepage layer to reach the purpose of stratigraphic seepage transformation, thus forming a set of economic and effective key technology of polymer flooding unit sand control and liquid increase for loose sandstone reservoir. The results show that the degradation rate of SUNP effective plugging removal agent is more than 90%, and the degradation effect is better than that of the common plugging removal agents. The acid etching performance, rheological property and sand-carrying performance of LP type sand-carrying acid system can meet the functional requirements of plugging removal, sand carrying and sand cementing. The technology has been applied in seven wells in the eastern oilfield. The results show that the plugging removal agent and the sand-carrying system have stable performance, obvious depolymerization effect, strong sand-carrying capacity and high liquid increase extent, and the average liquid increase extent of a single well is more than 30%, which has a good effect of liquid and oil increasing.
