超低界面张力强乳化复合驱油体系在低渗透油藏中的应用

摘要
针对低渗透油藏长时间水驱开发后出现含水率升高、产油量下降等驱油效率逐渐变差的问题,通过考察不同类型表面活性剂的界面活性以及乳化性能,研制出了一种同时具有超低界面张力以及较强乳化能力的复合驱油体系(0.15%双子表面活性剂GMS ̄101+0.15%乳化剂SOE ̄1),并对其综合性能进行了评价。研究结果表明:复合驱油体系与储层原油之间的界面张力值可以达到10-3 mN/m数量级,具有良好的界面活性;复合驱油体系可以与储层原油形成比较稳定的乳状液,120 min后的分水率在25%以下,具有较强的乳化能力;在低渗岩心水驱油后再注入复合驱油体系,驱油效率可以提高20百分点以上,驱油效果明显优于单独使用GMS ̄101和SOE ̄1。现场应用表明,M区块注入井注入复合驱油体系后,对应6口油井的日产液量和日产油量均明显增大,且含水率下降明显,起到了良好的控水增油效果。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of water cut increasing and oil production decreasing after long-term water flooding development in low permeability reservoir, a composite flooding system(0.15% Gemini surfactant GMS-101+0.15% emulsifier SOE-1) with ultra-low interfacial tension and strong emulsifying ability was developed by investigating the interfacial activity and emulsifying performance of different surfactants and its comprehensive performance is evaluated. The results show that: the interfacial tension between the composite flooding system and the reservoir crude oil can reach 10-3 mN/m grade, which has good interfacial activity; the composite flooding system can form a relatively stable emulsion with the reservoir crude oil, and the water separation rate is less than 25% after 120 min, which has strong emulsifying ability; after water flooding in low permeability rock core, the displacement efficiency can be increased by more than 20%, which is better than GMS-101 and SOE-1 alone. The field application results show that the daily liquid production and oil production of the corresponding six wells are significantly increased after the injection wells in block M are injected with the composite flooding system, and the water cut is significantly decreased, which has a good effect of water control and oil increase.
