摘要
文留油田文东盐间油藏高压低渗多盐,是极其复杂的断块,利用常规侧钻技术和完善注采井网实现储量有效动用难度极大。文中通过文东盐间油藏深部地层双层套管开窗侧钻井先导试验,分析了影响盐间油藏的开窗侧钻技术难点;通过优选侧钻井位、改进双层套管开窗技术、制定深部侧钻技术等一系列措施,形成了一套适用于盐间油藏的开窗侧钻技术。该技术在文13 ̄侧305井的成功应用表明,深部地层双层套管开窗侧钻技术有效地改善了盐间油藏深部地层开窗侧钻井循环压耗高、储层易漏失等突出问题,满足了降泵压的要求,提高了机械钻速,为文留油田盐间油藏高效开发与产能建设提供了一条新途径。
Abstract
Wendong inter-salt reservoir in Wenliu Oilfield is a very complex fault block with high pressure, low permeability and multiple salts. It is extremely difficult to use conventional sidetracking technology and completed injection-production well pattern to achieve effective utilization of reserves. Through the pilot experiment of dual-casing sidetracking in the deep strata of Wendong inter-salt oil reservoir, the technical difficulties of sidetracking for the inter-salt oil reservoir were analyzed. Through a series of measures such as optimizing the location of sidetracking well, improving dual-casing sidetracking technology, and formulating deep sidetracking technology, a set of sidetracking technology suitable for inter-salt oil reservoirs has been formed. This technology has been successfully applied in Wen 13-side 305 well. The results show that the dual-casing sidetracking technology can effectively improve the problems such as high cyclic pressure loss and easy loss of reservoir of the deep formation of the inter-salt oil reservoir, which meet the requirements of reducing the pump pressure and increase the ROP, and provide a new way for the efficient development and productivity construction of the inter-salt reservoirs in Wenliu Oilfield.
