为了提高页岩气水基钻井液的润滑性能,满足其环保和抗高温的要求,室内以改性植物油、有机多元醇、复合表面活性剂以及有机硼极压抗磨剂为原料,制备了一种抗高温环保润滑剂GWHB-11,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明:在淡水基浆和盐水基浆中加入2.0%的GWHB-11后,润滑系数降低率大于90%,泥饼黏附系数降低率大于75%,润滑性能优良;改润滑剂具有良好的抗磨性能和耐温性能,耐温可达180 ℃,能够显著提高现场钻井液的润滑性能,且对其流变性能影响较小,配伍性较好;生物毒性较低,生物降解性良好,具有良好的环保性能。现场应用结果表明,与使用其他常用润滑剂的邻井相比,使用润滑剂GWHB-11后,W-1井和W-2井起下钻摩阻明显降低,机械钻速提高,有效提高了钻井效率,取得了较好的施工效果。
In order to improve the lubricity of shale gas water-based drilling fluid and meet the requirements of environmental protection and high temperature resistance, a high temperature resistant and environmental protection lubricant GWHB-11 was prepared by using modified vegetable oil, organic polyol, composite surfactant and organic boron extreme pressure anti-wear agent as raw materials, and its performance was evaluated. The results show that after 2.0% GWHB-11 is added into fresh water base slurry and salt water base slurry, the reduction rate of lubrication coefficient is more than 90%, and the reduction rate of mud cake adhesion coefficient is more than 75%, and the lubrication performance is excellent. The lubricant GWHB-11 has good anti-wear performance and temperature resistance, and the resistant temperature can reach 180 ℃. The lubricant GWHB-11 can significantly improve the lubrication performance of drilling fluid on site, and effect on its rheological property is less and the compatibility is good. The lubricant GWHB-11 has low toxicity, good biodegradability and good environmental protection performance. The field application results show that compared with the adjacent wells using other common lubricants, the trip friction of well W-1 and well W-2 that use the lubricant GWHB-11 is significantly reduced, its rate of penetration is significantly increased, the drilling efficiency is effectively improved and the construction effect is better.
