摘要
目前ICDs(Inflow control devices)完井水平井在国内边底水油藏的应用越来越广泛,取得了良好的控水增油效果。但产液量变化对ICDs完井水平井限流效果的影响尚没有系统研究,这在一定程度上限制了该技术的推广应用。为此,文中从井筒变质量流出发,建立了一套双流道耦合的ICDs完井水平井的数学模型,并进行了求解。在此基础上,参照胜利油田孤东某区块水平井的实际参数,研究了产液量调整对ICDs完井水平井限流效率的影响。结果表明:产液量调整对限流效率的影响与平均渗透率关系较小,而与渗透率级差显著相关;渗透率级差越大,产液量调整对限流效率的影响越小;当产液量增加时,限流效率的降幅较小,而当产液量降低时,限流效率的降幅较大;以限流效率90%为界,在平均渗透率为1 320×10-3 ?滋m2的条件下,渗透率级差为6时,产液量偏离度上限为46%,但当渗透率级差为2时,产液量偏离度下限仅为-19%。
Abstract
At present, ICDs (inflow control devices) completed horizontal wells are more and more widely used in oil and gas fields and good performance have been obtained. However, no systematic study has been conducted on the influence of fluid production volume change on flow limiting effect of ICDs completed horizontal wells, which restricts the popularization and application of this technology to some extent. In this paper, a coupled numerical simulation model of the inner tube and the annulus was built based on the variable mass flow theory. Then the influence of flow rate adjustment on the inflow control performance of ICDs completed horizontal well was investigated based on the actual parameters of one Shengli block. The results show that the inflow control efficiency nearly has no relationship with the average permeability but is closely related with permeability max-min ratio. The influence of flow rate adjustment becomes stronger with the increase of permeability max-min ratio. The amplitude of the decrease caused by the increase of flow rate is smaller than that caused by the decrease of flow rate. If the inflow control efficiency is kept up to 90% and the average permeability is 1,320 mD, the maximum increase of flow rate is 46% when the permeability max-min ratio equals 6. However, when the permeability max-min ratio equals 2, the maximum decrease of flow rate is only -19%.
