摘要
烟道气辅助SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)是改善SAGD开发效果、提高采收率的新技术,能够有效地避免常规SAGD开采过程中蒸汽腔扩展不均匀和热损失大等问题。利用高压物性分析仪、比例物理模拟系统等实验装置,开展了常规SAGD和烟道气辅助SAGD的模拟研究。实验结果表明:注入烟道气可以降低原油黏度,增大体积系数,提高原油的渗流能力和弹性能量。与常规SAGD相比,烟道气辅助SAGD方式能够加快蒸汽腔横向扩展速度,减缓纵向扩展速度,有效抑制蒸汽腔的纵向超覆现象。烟道气聚集在油层顶部形成隔热层,减少了热损失,提高了能量利用效率。在常规SAGD过程中蒸汽与烟道气伴注,可以减少蒸汽注入量,提高累积油汽比,改善SAGD的开发效果。
Abstract
Flue gas-assisted SAGD is a new EOR technology to improve the development of conventional SAGD, which can effectively avoid problems such as uneven expansion of steam cavity and large heat loss during conventional SAGD production. The simulation study of conventional SAGD and flue gas-assisted SAGD were carried out by high pressure PVT, proportional physical model and other experimental equipment. The experimental results show that the injected flue gas can reduce the viscosity of crude oil, improve the permeability and the elastic energy of crude oil, increase the volume coefficient. Compared with conventional SAGD, the flue gas-assisted SAGD expands the steam cavity rapidly in the transverse direction, slows down in the longitudinal direction, and effectively restrains the upward steam overlap. The flue gas accumulates in the upper part of the steam chamber to form a heat insulation layer, which reduces the heat loss of the cover layer and improves the energy utilization efficiency. Steam injection with flue gas in the conventional SAGD process can reduce the amount of steam injected, increase the oil-vapor ratio, and improve the development performance of SAGD.
