摘要
针对高含硫气井堵水作业中现用胶乳水泥类堵剂在流变性、耐酸腐蚀及抗硫化氢性能方面的缺陷,研发了低黏耐腐蚀树脂添加剂CSL-1,其常温下塑性黏度低至37 mPa·s,高温130 ℃条件下2.5 h后自固化,固化后抗压强度18 MPa。CSL-1作为添加剂与水泥复配后,可提高水泥浆流变性和水泥石的耐腐蚀性。实验表明:将CSL-1加入胶乳水泥后,胶乳水泥浆常温下塑性黏度可由73 mPa·s降至60 mPa·s,固化后水泥石在质量分数为15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡7 d后,质量损失率由19.4%降至5.6%,在15%H2S和8%CO2环境中腐蚀30 d后,水泥石强度保留率大于80%。该技术在P105-2井的连续油管堵水现场试验获得成功,表明CSL-1与胶乳水泥复配的堵剂体系满足普光高含硫气井堵水要求,具有极大的推广应用价值。
Abstract
In view of the shortcomings of latex cement plugging agent in rheological property, acid corrosion resistance, hydrogen sulfide resistance for high-sulfur gas well water plugging, the resin additive CSL-1 with low viscosity and corrosion resistance was developed. Its plastic viscosity at room temperature can reach 37 mPa·s. Under the condition of 130 ℃, it can cure itself in 2.5 hours and the compressive strength of the sample after curing is 18 MPa. When CSL-1 was added in cement as additives, slurry rheological property and corrosion resistance of cement stone were improved. The experiments show that after adding CSL-1 into latex cement, plastic viscosity latex slurry at room temperature reduced from 73 mPa·s to 60 mPa·s. After curing, the mass loss rate of set cement decreased from 19.4% to 5.6% after 7 days of immersion in 15% hydrochloric acid solution, and the strength retention rate of set cement was over 80% after 30 days of corrosion in 15%H2S and 8%CO2 environment. This technique was successfully used in the field test of coiled tubing water plugging in Well P105-2, which indicates that the plugging agent system of CSL?鄄1 and latex cement can meet the requirements of water plugging in gas wells with high sulfur content and has great application value.
