东海低渗储层压裂新型管柱保护技术

A new string protection technology of low permeability reservoirs for fracturing in East China Sea

海上低渗储层主要采用压裂开发,常规压裂施工前后需2次更换作业管柱,既增加作业周期及施工成本,又容易在压井过程中造成储层二次污染,进而影响低渗气井压裂后的增产效果。文中从降低施工风险、节约成本及提高增产效果角度出发,提出了一种新型生产管柱保护工艺技术,避免了动管柱及压井作业,实现了海上低渗气井不动管柱压裂作业。现场应用表明,该技术在海上平台压裂作业中应用了13井次,平均减少作业周期12.7 d,效果明显,对海上低渗油气田经济有效开发具有良好的借鉴意义。
In view of the characteristics of low permeability reservoir offshore, conventional fracturing construction method was adopted mainly, but the operating string was required to replace twice before and after. It not only increased the operating period and cost, but also caused secondary reservoir pollution in the process of well killing, thus affecting the stimulation of gas well with low permeability after fracturing. Therefore, from the perspective of reducing construction risk, saving cost and improving stimulation effect, a new production string protection technology is proposed in this paper, which avoided move string and well killing operation, and realized platform fracturing of static string in low permeability gas wells offshore. The results show that the technology has been applied to the offshore fracturing operation platform for 7 wells, with an average reduction of 12.7 days of operation cycle and significant results were achieved, which has good reference for the economic and effective development of low permeability oil and gas fields offshore.
