鄂尔多斯盆地某低渗油藏对低产油井采取间歇抽油生产方式。目前,该油藏实施的抽油机工作制度采油效率低、经济效益差。针对该油藏现状,提出了考虑地层渗流与井筒液柱压力耦合的产能公式;编制了软件,用以研究抽油机在不同工作制度下的采油量与经济效益,优选抽油机工作方案。研究结果表明:现行采油方案由于开机时间过长、浪费关井恢复时间,在采油量与经济效益方面基本处于最低水平,特别是油价较低或含水率较高时很容易发生亏损;经研究对比,推荐1 h抽油方案,其经济效益总体高于其他间歇抽油方案;预测了油井在不同油价与含水率情况下的盈利区间,增加下泵深度可以提高油井经济收益,在一定程度上应对低油价与高含水时期。
In Ordos Basin, intermittent pumping has been applied to low production oil wells of a low-permeability reservoir. Studies reveal that the pumping unit working system being used now has a poor pumping efficiency and a low economic benefit. Based on this situation, a productivity equation coupling formation fluid flow and fluid column pressure in wellbore was proposed and a software was developed, which can analyse oil production and profit of multiple pumping unit working parameters, in order to optimize the intermittent pumping working system. Study results indicate that the current pumping working system has an overlong running time and wastes the shut-in time to recover formation pressure, resulting in an almost lowest oil production and profit at present, and a likely loss when water cut rises or oil price falls. According to the studies in this work, the 1-hour pumping plan is recommended, which generally has a higher profit than other intermittent pumping plans. Furthermore, profit regions are predicted with various oil prices and water cuts, and deepening the pump depth is considered as a simple and effective method to increase the profitability of oil well during low oil price or/and high water cut time.
