耐温抗盐型高效聚合物驱油剂的研制及应用

Development and application of high efficiency polymer flooding agent with temperature and salt resistance

为满足高温高盐油藏提高采收率的需求,研制了一种新型两性离子聚合物PDMT ̄1,并评价了其增黏性、耐温性、抗盐性、黏弹性、渗流特征和驱油效果。结果表明:PDMT ̄1黏度随着温度的升高略有减小,而随着矿化度的升高逐渐增大,具有良好的增黏性和耐温抗盐性;PDMT ̄1还具有良好的黏弹性能,并且在储层温度和矿化度条件下老化50 d后,仍具有良好的渗流能力;注入0.5 PV的PDTM ̄1溶液,天然岩心水驱后的采收率提高17百分点以上。现场应用PDTM ̄1驱油后,区块内3口井的产液量和产油量均明显上升,增油效果良好。
A new amphoteric polymer PDMT-1 was developed to meet the demand of EOR in high temperature and high salt reservoir, and its viscosity, temperature resistance, salt resistance, viscoelasticity, percolation characteristics and oil displacement effect were evaluated. The results show that the viscosity of PDMT-1 solution decreases slightly with the increase of temperature, but increases gradually with the increase of mineralization degree, indicating that it has good viscosity, temperature resistance and salt resistance. In addition, the polymer solution also has good viscoelasticity, and after aging for 50 days under the condition of reservoir temperature and mineralization degree, it still has good percolation ability. After injecting 0.5 PV to PDMT-1 solution, the recovery of natural core after water flooding can be increased by more than 17%. The field application results show that the liquid production and oil production of the three wells in the block increase obviously after adopting the PDMT-1 oil displacement measures, and good oil increase effect has been achieved.
