好的固井质量是保证长水平段管内压裂成功的技术前提,同时也是保证开发后期套管变形减少的重要技术手段,而保证固井质量的重要前提是套管的居中质量。常规套管居中器存在支撑力不足、下入摩阻大、支撑外径固定不能满足大狗腿井眼等技术弊端,造成套管居中度不能完全满足固井质量要求。针对这些弊端,文中进行了液压套管居中器的研究,阐述了液压套管居中器的结构组成、技术原理及施工工艺,可为提高长水平段固井质量、体积压裂效果,以及后续减少套管变形等方面提供新的思路。
Good cementing quality is not only the technical prerequisite to ensure successful fracturing in long horizontal sections, but also the important technical means to reduce casing deformation in the later stages of development, and casing centralization quality is an important guarantee to improve cementing quality. Conventional casing centralizers have technical disadvantages such as insufficient support force, large running friction, and fixed external diameter of the support cannot meet the big dogleg wellbore, resulting in the casing centralization cannot fully meet the needs of cementing quality. Aiming at these disadvantages, the research of the hydraulic casing centralization was carried out, and its structure combination, technology principle and construction technology were explained. It can provide new ideas for improving the cementing quality of long horizontal sections, ensuring volume fracturing effect, and reducing casing deformation in the future production.
