Temporary plugging and staged fracturing technology for casing deformation section in horizontal shale oil wells

针对页岩油水平井在多种复杂因素作用下发生套管变形、井眼通径缩小,导致套变段以下井段无法下入常规工具进行分段改造的情况,基于水平井暂堵分段压裂工艺原理,根据试验井J ̄3井的套变实际情况,探索和试验了水平井暂堵分段压裂工艺。现场试验结果表明:优选的暂堵剂可以有效封堵前一段已压开裂缝缝口;水平井暂堵分段工艺对储层改造的充分性有待提高,但是生产效果与固井桥塞工艺相当;水平井暂堵压裂分段工艺可用于解决页岩油水平井套管变形以下井段分段改造的难题,对同类储层同类问题的解决具有借鉴意义。
Casing deformation occurs under various complex factors and the borehole diameter reduces in horizontal shale oil wells. It is hard to put conventional tools into the wellbore below casing deformation for staged fracturing. Based on the theory of temporary plugging and staged fracturing in horizontal wells, according to the casing change of the Well J ̄3, the staged fracturing technology for horizontal wells was explored and tested. And the field test results show that the optimized temporary plugging agent can effectively seal the crack of the first level crack and the horizontal well temporary plugging technology needs to improve the adequacy of the reservoir reconstruction, while the production effect is equivalent to that of the cementing technology. Therefore, temporary plugging and staged fracturing technology of horizontal wells can be employed to stimulate the hole sections below the casing deformation of shale oil horizontal wells, which provides a reference for similar reservoirs and similar problems.
