摘要
针对现有聚合物驱洗油效率低及耐温抗盐性能较差等问题,将表面活性剂和聚合物的特点相结合,室内合成了一种新型表面活性聚合物驱油剂SYN ̄2W,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:SYN ̄2W具有良好的界面活性,在质量浓度为2 g/L时,能将溶液的界面张力值降低至0.2 mN/m以下;在温度为90 ℃或矿化度为120 g/L时,SYN ̄2W溶液的表观黏度均远远高于常用聚合物HPAM溶液,80 ℃下老化90 d的表观黏度保留率仍在85%以上,说明其具有良好的耐温抗盐性能和抗老化性能;SYN ̄2W还具有良好的乳化性能和驱油性能,注入0.5 PV的SYN ̄2W溶液,水驱后岩心的采收率达到21%,最终采收率达到60%以上,驱油效果明显优于HPAM。矿场试验结果表明,2口油井采用SYN ̄2W施工后,注入压力显著升高,日产油量明显提升,含水率明显下降,取得了良好的施工效果。
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low oil displacement efficiency and poor temperature and salt resistance of existing polymer flooding, combining the characteristics of surfactants and polymers, a novel surface-active polymer flooding agent SYN-2W was synthesized, and its comprehensive performance was evaluated. The results show that SYN-2W has good interfacial activity and can reduce the interfacial tension to less than 0.2 mN/m when the mass concentration is 2 g/L. The apparent viscosity of SYN-2W solution is much higher than that of common polymer HPAM when the temperature is 90 ℃ and the salinity is 120 g/L. After aging at 80 ℃ for 90 days, the retention rate of apparent viscosity is still above 85%, which indicates that it has good temperature and salt resistance and aging resistance. In addition, SYN-2W also has good emulsifying and oil displacement performance. Injecting 5 PV polymer SYN-2W solution can improve core recovery by 21% or more after water flooding, and ultimately the recovery can reach more than 60%, and the oil displacement effect is obviously better than HPAM. The field test results show that the injection pressure of the two wells was significantly increased, the daily oil production was obviously increased, and the water cut was obviously decreased after the application of the SYN-2W.
