Hydrajet acid fracturing technique of horizontal well in deep fractured carbonate reservoir

深层裂缝型碳酸盐岩油藏具有埋藏深、温度高、油气藏类型复杂、非均质性强等特点。对于水平井,常规笼统压裂增产改造的效果并不理想,很多产层段得不到动用,施工效果差,使得深层裂缝型油藏的水平井储层改造很难发挥技术优势。文中在分析裂缝型油藏储层岩性特征的基础上,对喷射工具、酸液配方及工艺进行了优化,形成了一套深层裂缝型油藏水平井水力喷射酸压改造技术。该技术在现场应用了十余井次,验证了其可靠性。
Deep fractured carbonate reservoir has the characteristics of deep burial, high temperature, complex reservoir types and strong heterogeneity. For horizontal wells, conventional fracturing stimulation has poor effect. Many producing intervals cannot be produced, and that the operation effect is not good, which makes it difficult to take the advantage of horizontal well stimulation technology in deep fractured reservoir. Based on the analysis of lithology characteristics of deep fractured reservoir, the hydrajet tools, acid?鄄fracturing fluid formula and technique are optimized, and a set of hydrajet acid fracturing technique of horizontal well in deep fractured reservoir is formed. More than ten times field applications verify the reliability of the technology.
