抗高温润湿剂是配制抗高温油基钻井液的一种重要处理剂。通过有机胺、脂肪酸和乙二酸合成了抗高温油基钻井液润湿剂(TRWET)。室内对比评价了抗高温润湿剂、十二碳炔二醇聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂(SUPERWET)和阳离子表面活性剂(CTAB)3种润湿剂的表面张力、接触角和吸光度提高率。实验结果表明:3种润湿剂改变重晶石润湿能力从强到弱的顺序依次为TRWET,SUPERWET,CTAB,合成的TRWET具有更好的润湿能力。TRWET加入油基钻井液中,不仅可以改善油基钻井液性能,而且抗温可达200 ℃。
High temperature wetting agent is an important treatment agent for preparing high-temperature oil-based drilling fluid. A high-temperature oil-based drilling fluid, wetting agent TRWET, was synthesized from organic amines, fatty acids, and oxalic acid; the surface tension, contact angle and absorbance increase rate of TRWET, a polyoxyethylene ether surfactant SUPERWET and a cationic surfactant CTAB were compared. The experimental results show that the order of the wetting ability of the three wetting agents to improve the barite is TRWET>SUPERWET>CTAB, and the synthesized TRWET has the better wetting ability. The addition of nonionic wetting agents to oil-based drilling fluids not only improves the performance of oil-based drilling fluids, but also resists temperatures up to 200 ℃.
