常规游梁式抽油机动力传动链包括感应电机、皮带、减速箱,传动效率低,同时感应电机长期轻载运行时效率低,造成能量的浪费。直驱游梁式抽油机采用永磁复合电机作为动力源,取代了感应电机、皮带及减速箱,直接驱动四连杆机构,是一种高效、低噪、低温升、免维护、零污染、长寿命的新型抽油机。该种抽油机改变了常规游梁式抽油机动力传动链长、传动效率低的现状,提高了系统效率,并且避免更换减速箱润滑油、皮带,达到节能、安全的目的。通过现场试验应用,节电率可达到30%,节能效果显著。
The driving chain of common beam pumping unit contains induction motor, belt and reduction gearbox. Much energy has been wasted when induction motor works in light loading with low transmission efficiency. As the development of the direct driving beam pumping unit, the permanent magnet compound motor drives four bar linkage directly and replaces induction motor, belt and reduction gearbox. This new type of beam pumping unit has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, low temperature rise, maintenance-free, zero pollution and long life, and changes the current situation of long chain and low transmission efficiency of the common beam pumping unit. The efficiency is raised and replacing belts and lubricating oil is avoided. It is energy saving and safe. Application to the oil well shows that its energy-saving rate reaches 30%.
