针对普光气井目前套变现状和套变监测实际需要,文中介绍了一种可在油管内监测油套管损伤变形的新型组合井况监测仪,详细阐述了新型组合井况监测仪的测量原理、技术特点和优势,并根据在普光气井的测井应用实例,讨论了该组合井况监测仪在多层管柱条件下监测套管损伤变形方面的应用效果。结果表明:新型组合井况监测仪1次下井能录取多臂井径和电磁探伤信息,提高了测试效率;在油管内可监测套管损伤变形情况;仪器安全性能高,在高含硫气井井况监测中具有明显的优势。
Considering the current casing deformation and its monitoring in the Puguang gas well, this article introduces a new type of combined well condition monitor which can detect the casing damage and deformation. The measuring principle and the characteristics and advantages of this monitor are described in this article. Based the applications in Puguang high?鄄sulphur gas field, the effect of this monitor is discussed for casing damage and deformation in multilayer pipe well. The application effect indicates that this technology can implement both multi?鄄arm caliper and electromagnetic test at one time, improving the testing efficiency. it also can detect the casing damage and deformation in the oil tube. The new combined well condition monitor has obvious advantages in well condition monitoring of high?鄄sulfur gas well in Puguang gas field.
