摘要
在致密储层改造过程中,滑溜水可以前置造缝和低黏携砂。以改善裂缝铺砂剖面、提高人工裂缝有效支撑缝长、提高单井产量为目标,文中提出并开展了添加纤维改善滑溜水铺砂剖面的研究与试验。室内开发了高分散性悬浮纤维材料:纤维直径10 μm,长度6 mm;纤维加量0.5%,在滑溜水体系中可均匀分散,60 ℃时72 h溶解99%,纤维材料与压裂液配伍良好,滑溜水静态悬砂能力提高50%。油田现场试验表明,研发的纤维能够有效提高滑溜水压裂液携砂能力,减少高黏液量,降低储层伤害,为致密储层有效改造探索了一条新的技术途径。
Abstract
In the process of dense reservoir stimulation, slick water not only assumes the function of fracturing as pre?鄄fluids but also of propellant carriers as low viscous liquids. Aiming at improving the sand?鄄laying profile of fractures, increasing the effective support fracture length of artificial fractures and the output of single well, the author puts forward and carries out the research and experiment of adding fibers to improve the sand?鄄laying profile of slick water. A highly dispersive suspension fiber material was developed in the laboratory: the diameter of the fiber 10 μm, the length 6 mm, and the additive amount 0.5%, which can be evenly dispersed in the slick water system and dissolve 99% at 60 ℃ in 72 hours. The fibers have good match with the fracturing fluid, and the static suspended sand ability of the slick water can be increased by 50%. Field tests show that the developed fibers can effectively improve sand carrying capacity of slick water fracturing fluid, reduce high viscosity fluids and reservoir damage, and explore a new way for effective transformation of tight reservoirs.
